About Frans
Frans Wilms (MCM) is an expert in the field of leadership and change. His passion is to make Connecting Leadership mainstream since he is convinced this leadership style is the necessary way forward.
He trains and coaches executives. In partnership with UMIO, he provides the management course Patronen doorbreken vanuit verbinding (in Dutch). He uses theoretical frameworks as a basis for taking concrete practical actions with which you can create an immediate impact.
In previous years, Frans was department head, director, and mayor. He wrote the book “Groeien in leiderschap” about his learning experiences. Originally, he was trained as a sports director, football coach and physical education teacher.
