Irina Nikolova

Dr. Irina Nikolova is an Assistant Professor in Organisational Behaviour & HRM at the Department of Organisation, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship at Maastricht University, School of Business and Economics. She holds a PhD in psychology from Open University of the Netherlands. In the past she worked at several universities across Europe including a post-doc position at KULeuven, Belgium, Assistant Professor position in OB & HRM at Norwich Business School (UEA), UK, and at Open University, the Netherlands. Prior to joining SBE in 2022, she worked as a Professor at BI Norwegian Business School, Norway.
