The course focuses on how design thinking links to the organisation’s vision and strategy and its change management. This requires a change in mindset, tools and process fitting your organisation. Being reflective allows you to assess the approach and to develop it further, making innovation part of your organisation’s DNA.
A distinct feature is the blending of practice with scientific insights. This ensures effectiveness and efficiency of the approach and draw on a base of validated knowledge. The training is conducted by the Service Science Factory (part of UMIO | Maastricht University).
