The behavioural changes required to address these societal challenges can be facilitated by adequate corrective policies. The UM Behavioural Insights Centre (UM-BIC) – a research community of more than 40 scholars at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics – therefore employs and develops insights into behavioural regularities to enhance the effectiveness of public policy and company practice, addressing a broad range of societal challenges in the fields of Sustainable Development, Digitalisation and Globalisation.
