ICPM Effective Pension Communications

ICPM, with support from UMIO | Maastricht University, has developed a unique programme in response to pension leaders’ increasing awareness of the importance of strategic communications. Recent research found that framing — whereby words and not content of communications are adjusted — can double response rates.

This international pension education programme is designed for Board members, C-suite executives, and senior-level communications specialists. We encourage organisations to enrol both a communications specialist alongside a Board member/executive to explore best practices together.

Participants will explore best practices in member engagement and pension communications, the role of behavioural biases and heuristics in retirement decision-making, and the future of pension communications.
