Sonja Zaar

Sonja Zaar is a lecturer and researcher in the field of organisational behaviour and educational sciences, currently working on her PhD at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Her research focuses on the interface of learning sciences and leadership development. Her fields of expertise include leadership development, cognitive schema, mental models, learning versatility, learning agility, developmental motivation, developmental triggers and key learning experiences. Sonja is a speaker on these topics at international universities, business conferences and seminars, and does advisory/consultancy work.
