How to initiate new leadership in a traditional organisation?
If you are in a traditional organisation, it is advisable to speak the same language. This might be making a business case for why a change should take place, so first assess the situation. However, if the outcomes are not meeting the needs using the traditional rules, then it is important for the top-level management to get on board with this.
