How to be a humble leader?
As a leader, you have to be humble. Recognising that it is not about you, but about you facilitating the people who really know what is going on and fostering this creation. Being able to let go to a certain extent and to be able to step back is important. However as most large organisations are still run as hierarchies, this need for a greater tolerance to uncertainty and ambiguity is a balancing act.
