As a final takeaway, we need to realise that we are living in a service economy and we are all designing our services, which is the key to having a competitive advantage. Looking at the opportunities services can offer, can also be a fun process, and working with people from different disciplines within an organisation can be an enlightening process and one which can have a lasting impact.
It’s all in the mind. How organisations need to think differently if they want to stay ahead of the competition and continue to be relevant to their customer-base, now and in the future.
