The Future of Work and L&D for Professionals

Today’s labour market requires different skills than a few decades ago. Automation, digitalisation and globalisation have paved the way for skills such as problem-solving, interpersonal skills and computer literacy. Meanwhile, there are shortages in education, healthcare and engineering. How can we prepare today’s students and workers for tomorrow’s labour market? What skills do they really need to be employable in the long term? This session provides insights in how employers and universities can play their part in creating a sustainable, future-proof workforce.
