Communications and the Importance of Framing
Needless to say, good communications are an important asset for any professional in any type of organisation. Especially if you enter an unprecedented situation like the one we find ourselves in today, getting your words straight is essential to deliver the right message to your audience. As a leader you might want to use effective communications to motivate your employees or reduce the fear of your customers. This webinar addresses the power of communications in relation to your actions, and how to effectively make use of a promise vs. performance balance to get the results you were actually aiming for.
The speaker
Martin Lammers is a senior HR professional and consultant who worked in various management functions for Nyenrode School of Business, Cargill, Libertel (the Vodafone start-up in the Netherlands), Vodafone and Maastricht University. He also has an extensive experience as facilitator, trainer and coach. In particular in helping managers to increase their power and influence. A leading theme in his career has been creating movement in organisations by means of having hard knowledge of soft issues.
In his current function as Senior Advisor of Business and Client Relations, Martin Lammers develops and delivers programmes for national and international corporate clients.
