Female Entrepreneurship: The Way Forward

To measure organisational performance, economic principles to this date have typically been stressing masculine traits such as ‘short-term growth’ and ‘dominance over competition’. The current corona crisis once more emphasises that we might benefit from adding more feminine traits of entrepreneurs to the mix, like ‘cooperation’ and ‘durability’. Women’s economic empowerment and the recognition of its relevance have notably progressed.

In this webinar we delve into the paradigm shift caused by the rise in female leadership and female entrepreneurship. We will show differences between male and female business leaders, and we will illustrate how both can be combined to improve leadership practices.
