Intrapreneurship: Accept risks and failures

As with any great idea, having the right people in place is the key. Creating an intrapreneurship bubble within an organisation isn’t a standardised process and trying out new things and accepting that things will go wrong is part of the journey. The people involved need to be interested in pursuing creative ideas and taking responsibility, but they also need to be willing to take risks and accept failures. Alexander Brüggen explains how UMIO can help organisations to start integrating these ideas into the fabric of the business.
